In the final section of the video, one attendee asked David Lynch:
-Mr. Lynch, I give courses in cinema, one of the courses I teach is director of photography, and one of the things I found of great interest in all his films is the use of light and darkness, especially in the dark. His characters stand on the edge of darkness, entering and emerging from it, and wondered what it means for you, the relationship between light and shadow.
-love seeing people out of darkness.
